This month we’ll make a simple Reiki-infused elderberry mint spritz, talk herbs, seasonal shifts, and easy ways to feel more like yourself again. Think of it as a low-key hangout with good convo, calming energy, and just enough magic to help you reset for whatever’s next.

Come as you are! Mix your drink along with us in your own kitchen or we totally get it if you would rather be your "I don't want to do anything but sink into this sofa" self and put your feet up and occasionally pop into the conversation.
