What is Reiki?

How can you do this virtually? Isn't it better to be in person?
I was a non-believer, too. If it wasn't an actual massage in person, it wasn't for me. But during the quarantine, I thought, "Why not give it a try?" The effects I noticed in myself from it and the results I now see in others are unmistakable.
The reason is that Reiki works with universal energy. The energy comes in qi or prana, which are both beyond physical touch. Practitioners do not need to touch you, even during in-person sessions.
