Terms & Conditions for Sessions, Workshops and Events

1. Nature of Services

All offerings provided by Nancy Shapiro, including 1:1 sessions, group gatherings, and events, are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes. These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

2. Age Requirement

All sessions and events are for clients 18 years of age and older.

3. Bookings & Attendance

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Please arrive (or log in) on time, as late arrivals cannot be extended and missed time is not refundable.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

All bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be allowed with advance notice. Please notify Nancy directly if transferring a booking.

5. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

A respectful environment is required for all participants. Nancy Shapiro reserves the right to refuse or end participation at her discretion if necessary, without refund.

6. Personal Responsibility

By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions resulting from any guidance or insight received.

7. Liability

By participating, you agree to release Nancy Shapiro from any liability related to your participation in sessions, events, or use of information received.

8. Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
