​1. Nature of Services

All offerings provided by Nancy Shapiro and Mystic Energy™ with Nancy, including private sessions, mediumship, Reiki and energy work, intuitive readings, Akashic Records readings, workshops, circles, home and property readings, and events, are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes. These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcomes, information, or experiences can be guaranteed.

2. Age Requirement

All services, sessions, workshops, and events are intended for participants 18 years of age or older.

3. Bookings & Attendance

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Please arrive (or log in) on time, as sessions and events cannot be extended for late arrivals. If you are unable to attend an event, please notify Nancy or the event host as soon as possible.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Unless otherwise stated by the event host or venue, all bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be permitted with advance notice and approval. For events hosted by partner venues, the host's ticketing, cancellation, or transfer policies may also apply.

5. Respectful Participation

To help create a welcoming and supportive environment, participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect. Nancy Shapiro of Mystic Energy™ with Nancy reserves the right to refuse or end participation if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or interferes with the experience of others.

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that any guidance, intuitive information, or energy work is offered for your personal reflection. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

By booking or participating in any service, session, workshop, or event, you voluntarily accept responsibility for your participation and agree to release and hold harmless Nancy Shapiro and Mystic Energy with Nancy from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your participation or from decisions made based on information or guidance received.

8. Photography & Media

From time to time, photographs may be taken during workshops or events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let Nancy know before the event begins. Your preference will be respected.

9. Event Changes

If a session or event must be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled due to illness, severe weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond Nancy Shapiro's control, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Any available rescheduling, transfer, or refund options will be communicated at that time in accordance with the event host's policies.

10. Agreement

By booking or participating in any service, session, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
